LOWER OMO VALLEY
Our tours to the Lower Omo Valley range from a minimum of 8 days to a maximum of 14 days.
Activities
8 – 9 Days Tours
These tours include visits to the Konso, Tsemai, Arbore, Hamer, Dassanach or Karo, Bena, Ari and Mursi tribes. Even though limited, these tours are conducted to give our clients a thorough insight into the tribes mentioned.
10 – 11 Days Tours
These tours include visits to the Dorze, Konso, Tsemai, Arbore, Hamer, Dassanach, Karo, Bena, Ari, Mursi and Borena tribes. Operated in a more relaxed manner, these tours include visits to both Dassanach and Karo tribes unlike our 8-9 days tours which cover one of the two tribes only. Additionally, further North from the pastorist Borena areas, the renowned coffee growing regions of Sidama region of South Ethiopia are included in these tours.
12-14 Days Tours
These tours include visits to the Dorze, Konso, Tsemai, Arbore, Hamer, Dassanach, Karo, Nyangatom, Bena, Ari, Mursi, Bodi , Borena and Turkana tribes in Lake Turkana area. Additionally, further North from the pastorist Borena areas, the renowned coffee growing regions of Sidama region of South Ethiopia are included in these tours.

The above mentioned optional tours can be operated individually as well as combined tours with our Upper Omo Valley tours, East Ethiopia Tours and North Ethiopia tours as well.
Saying so, we also arrange customized tours inclusive of specific preferred destinations as indicated by clients.
